and anyone with a highly modded j series has single exhaust. it just was something different i wanted to do.
plus its only ricey when its on a flippin civic and sticking a foot from the back bumper...lol

on a different note, what about the color matched mud guards? i think i may do it this week.

Neuspeed race springs on its way and my stage 2 performance pack from Excelerate..woohoo

None of the high powered CLs that I know of have a single exhaust. Even the built Accords have duals. Im not knocking your choice, if you want to do it, do it right.

NP bro... Anything to keep a friend in the right direction . I miss my CL-S6. Being Paraplegic I no longer can drive stick w/o major modifications now. When your cars V-6 has good power, it helps to reduce the want to shift... Modding will never stop though.

AWESOME MAN.

Well, i recieved my stage 2 power pack fron XLR8, so I installed the intake manifold gasket, throttle body spacer and dual throttle body gaskets within 3 hours because i had to clean all the oil outta the intake manifold and all the corossion.

Brakes and suspension are hopefully going on this weekend.

IT IS A LOT BETTER THAN STOCK.

Neuspeed has the best spring rates in my opinion anyways. I have had them all, and they always seem the best in drop and ride...

What style/color for the wheels are you thinking? You should wait to do the paint until after the wheels, they might fulfill your wanting of a more unique ride.

If you still want to do paint after, just don't do crazy, the Cl is a subtle sexy. It won't work well with a loud color. Even colors that look good on other cars will not on the CL because of its simple design.

i completely agree, this is a clean, simple car, that is more luxury than anything, and i would never put a crazy color, but unique, yes..
wheels will be first though....
thanks

^ Damn, that sucks, but you'll get her fixed

Where are you going to get the piping to extend the intake? Also, If you extend it so the cone goes to the bottom of the bumper, I recommend getting a universal splash shield for it so your engine doesn't get flooded when it rains.

The only problem with pepboys is that they usually only carry plastic piping (I worked there in high school lol). Metal piping is much more effective because it keeps the air cooler.

ohhhhh haha sorry about that. new to the J32As...

car looks good with the drop! Though the rear could be 1/4" lower.. then it would be perfect IMO. Did you ever get to do the Single exhaust yet?

It should be 1/2" lower, but i was shipped the sport springs for the rear, rather than the race!!
The Neuspeeds ride awesome though, I couldnt be happier with that..

My single exhaust changed to a single 2.5" straight to a single 2.5"/dual 2.5" out crossflow muffler(no y pipe)..(like a m3, sti, or g35)..its mad loud...lol..gotta get something to tame it down, and my muffler selection could have been better, but the flow is wonderful along with the headers...power all the way through without choking..
