Tensioner update affected VINS

I got mine tensioner serviced on Monday when I went into John Eagle Acura for an unrelated problem. Man what a difference! My car feels more powerful now and the revs are louder. The timing belt must have been real loose before I went in at 27k.

just register the car with owner's link and it will tell you if the car is affected. thankfully my car is NOT affected and purrs like a kitten on steroids :P

did register, got two recall options,
02-03 V6 ENGINE WATER PUMP
00-04 CL & TL A/T RECALL
But it looks like these parts been serviced before by previous owner, Is the second one for the Tensioner?

A/T recall is for the oil jet kit on the transmission for the 2nd gear shaft if it says fixed, you are good

Upon receipt of this notice from Acura you should contact your dealer and make arrangements to have the car brought up to spec .Or let them know at your next service visit that you think your car may fall under this update and have them bring the car up to spec as needed .
