Exclamation Need Quick Help - Right Rear Rotor Won't Come Off

This is the 3rd time I've replaced rear rotors on a CL so I'm no rookie.

Right rear rotor won't come off. It moves about 1/2 inch but that's it.

Parking brake off.
Screws removed.
Caliper and bracket off.

Left rear rotor came off absolutely painless.

I'm thinking it might be a parking brake related problem? The rotor spins freely until I move it about 1/2 inch towards me but then it will no longer spin.

Suggestions greatly appreciated.

Oh I should add... I've beat the shit out of the rotor with a rubber mallet thinking it might be seized up a bit. No dice.

The e-brake pad is probably stuck to the inside drum. There is a threaded hole on both sides of the hub of the rotor so thread in a bolt on both sides and slowly allow the rotor to pull out.

Sounds like a parking brake issue as said above. You can try adjusting the star wheel on the parking brake shoes to try and bring them in so it will allow you to sneak the rotor off.
Sometimes I've put two screw drivers in the rotor and walked it off while someone hit it, but if my memory serves me, our rotors are solid.

call me crazy and i might be a little late with a response but im sure this will turn a few heads. i was changing my breaks to and my rear rotors were all stuck. if you go to sears and buy a steering wheel pull kit its like 20 bucks. the bolts happen to fit in the disc break hole and you screw them in and then put the main piece on top and pull, you will literally her it like pop off...you gotta see it to know what im talking about..haha but it works

I spent $1.59 on two bolts to accomplish the same thing.

Just wash the car more often and don't forget the wheel wells / hubs.

I rented a 2/3 claw gear puller and turned the bolt into the center hub. The rental tool is free and availale at oreillys and autozone. It was super easy, but first i wasted about 20 mins banging on em then replaced screws, calipers and wheels and drove to back to autozone for the tool.
