Here is the graph after the Neo tune and correction:

I/H/E/P/Plenums/Spacers/Magnaflow Cat & Axlebacks

I expected a little more, the tuner said that the torque curve is a little messed up once it hits vtec. He suggested that I might benefit from a cat-back. Let me know what you think.

I would go back with a full exhaust. That may be why you didnt make as much power as you would think. I would think you would hit 250whp or more with all that. What is the inlet and outlet on your magnaflow hi flow cat?

I made 237whp on my auto with just I/H/P/Spacers. Get that exhaust!

I would have expected your numbers to be a little higher as well since you are a six speed. I made similar numbers in my A/T on the same type of dyno and correction factors.

I think I can get higher numbers, it is just a matter of what gives me a bang for my buck. Not sure how much longer I'll keep this, so I don't want to dump a whole lot of cash into it. I think the inlet/outlet of the cat is 2.5" but I am not sure. Any other ideas of what would help free up some of the power?

I meant 2.25 for the cat in/out diameter.

If you dont wana spend the money on an exhaust just unbolt it before you go back. Its gona be loud as hell due to the open header like exhaust but it will flow unrestricted helping to free up the power being restricted by the stock exhaust

u might actually loose power doing that.
unless he's boosted and running a lot of boost or engine work /stroke.

but increasing d pipe diameter to the cans will def help.

u wont lose power, my boy's cls6 ran 13.7 with just intake and open headers. He couldnt do that on stock exhaust.

Now if he had an aftermarket exhaust and ran the open headers he would lose power

that dont add up to me. why wud he lose TQ if he had open headers + after market exhaust which usually dont do notin but change the sound and probably run with the same or slightly better air flow at least in the cl-s stock exhaust

Open headers/exhaust cutouts usually only benefit benefit most if FI.

The car flows pretty well as it is in stock form with stock ECU settings

Agreed. You lose backpressure. So you end up losing low end tq but gaining some high end hp. So make your decision based on what part of the rpm range you use most of the time.

+1 for going with a larger diameter pipe to the mufflers.

Well I just realized that I have a pretty bad air leak from my comptech headers. It is right where the rear of the flex pipe meets the downpipe. I never thought anything of the sound of air being release between shifts (like a BOV) until I went underneath the car and felt the whoosh of air while someone revved the engine.

Is your IMRC working? Your torque drops of at Vtec engagement... looks strange to me.

My IMRC is working, I think the drop at VTEC is the flex-pipe leak that I have. It definitely is more pronounced at VTEC.
