LED Factory Fog Lamp Upgrade
Anyone purchase the OEM LED Fog Lamp Upgrade for second gen RDX offered by most Acura Dealers? Is the lighting significantly improved?
In the past I've done DIY Fog Lamp upgrades with mixed results.

I would recommend the LED fog lights from theretrofitsource.com
https://www.theretrofitsource.com/ac...to-xb-led.html
Plug and play, and significantly cheaper than OEM. Light output is awesome.

I bought a $50 ebay kit, and I'm very happy with them.Light output is evenly spread. A lot better than the halogen oem. I hadn't seen the Morimoto kit prior to purchasing. The Morimoto looks like a nice kit.

Just one of the options other than Morimoto.

Just upgraded the fog lamps and headlights (high/low beam) on my 2014 Tech and very happy with the results. The color now matches, the dispersion of light is smooth and awesome, and they're bright as hell.
Here's what I got:

After replacing the factory halogens with the Morimoto's ($175 on amazon too), I was not impressed at all. Yes, the stupid warm fog light color is gone, and my fog lights are now color matched to the headlights. Unfortunately it only adds a little bit of side lighting, I don't see any improvement over the headlights in front of the vehicle, and no they are not aimed too high. Considering I only get some side lighting now, I wish I had only replaced the bulbs, and not the entire light, which was a pain to say the least. I did end up getting new fender fasteners since mine decided to stay in, and I ripped the heads off trying to remove them... Again, my opinion, but try the replacement bulbs for $50 before wasting money on the morimoto's.

Hi everyone! So this forum is what inspired me to replace my halogen fog lights with LED fog lights! I never liked how the yellow halogens looked with the white LED lights, so this forum gave me the solution! So when I realized changing them was an option, I originally told my boyfriend about it since he works on cars and he agreed to replace the bulbs for me. So this is where I wanted to share some advice with anyone else looking to do the same thing!
So my boyfriend ordered me a set of the LED fog light bulbs, and he had no problem installing them; however, when he was done, they were BRIGHT, like brighter than my headlights and they hurt my eyes to even look at them. I told him I would drive home and test them out, and the first car I came across flashed their brights at me. Although this happens quite often when I'm on darker roads, I was pretty sure this time was because of the bright ass bulbs he just installed. So I did a little research and found that ANTI-GLARE bulbs were a thing. I ordered a set of the anti-glare bulbs and he installed them the other day for me. Everything is great now! They match my headlights and look waaaay better than the halogens, and they don't hurt my eyes when I look at them, even though they are bright. I can definitely tell the difference with the anti-glare option, and no one has flashed their brights at me with the new ones yet!
So if anyone is interested, here are the anti-glare LED bulbs I ordered and I HIGHLY recommend them over standard LED bulbs!

So I pulled a page out of Morimoto’s playbook and tinted my fogs yellow with Lamin-X
