I'm 16 days out and finally the pain is subsiding. I'm still sore and don't have all feeling back - once in a while I can feel my nerves regenerating - but it's SO worth it! I talked to my PS about a mini-tuck to go w/ my breast aug, but it would have taken my bill up by $6k. 
I say go for it!
