Interesting. I normally throw it out after it starts crusting at the exposed end. Probably should wrap it better in the future.

We have cheese that is several years old. If it's moldy on the outside, i just cut that off. aged cheese is the best.

I only throw it out if there is a big green spiderweb of fungus growing in it. But that was in my sour cream, not cream cheese.

I buy kraft singles

She says it's not real cheese
And spends exorbitant amount of money on real cheese that taste like garbage

I lived across from cheese board in berkeley for 4 years (huge store) and never found anything I liked

Wish the wife wouldn't waste all this money and gets mad at me for giving kids the singles

This is be only cheese I ever found that was worth it

But as cheap as I am, I buy it once a year if that

well I'm lactose intolerant so I don't even know know why I'm in here

Sometimes the processed stuff (i.e Kraft singles like you mentioned) make for some damn creamy grilled cheeses.. I think a really great grilled cheese involves mixing 4 or 5 or 10 different cheeses but for your little kids, eff that..
