Hole in my beautiful leather seat :(
Somebody, not naming names, poked a hole right in the center of my driver's leather seat!!!! Any ideas on what I can do to fix/replace? The hole is about a half inch slit. I have the Preforated milano leather, Umber.

I have car ADD
iTrader: (6)
curious as to who did it
any auto interior place should be able to repair it.... not much... maybe $200 or so ?
i burned a hole in a friends Lexus IS once (on the leather part) he got it fixed, cost me just under $200... it was black leather, so the color match was pretty easy

No missus, but I will say it wasn't me lol. I got a guy who will fix it tommorrow. Says, it won't cost too much or take too much time either. I'll post some before and afters tomorrow.

Okay I dropped the ball, I only have after shots, blame the iphone for crappy pics and lack of before shots :3
The repair guy did a great job and matched the color quite well. He also explained that it would blend in more after a few days of wear. The tear is fully sealed and is pliable so as not to rip or tear again. Also he only charged 45 bucks.

If that's what it looks like under direct camera flash, I'd say it's probably almost completely unnoticeable in normal conditions That's an incredible job for under $50! As long as it holds under butt wear, I'd consider it permanently fixed!

It's fine to be particular, but keep in mind that it's not as easy as proclaiming, "I want a new seat cover!" as a supposedly superior option to his repair.
The guy lives in Texas, the car is black, the interior is umber, and the car is two years old. There's a good chance that the brightly colored interior has faded somewhat (less so with tint) so a new seat cover on the seat bottom 1) wouldn't match the seat back, and 2) maybe would even be noticeably brighter than the other seats.
So I guess a really particular person would probably replace the two front leather covers and maybe even the armrest

How did you fix the hole?
I have an 05 TL and it's my baby. Unfortunately, there was something in the passenger seat that leaked and when I cleaned it up with a cloth, about 2" of the leather interior came off. I've never seen this happen before but I have a hole in my interior now. How did you get the hole fixed? Just so I can try to find someone in VA who may be able to help me.
