Difference between 2014 TSX and all others?

Hey guys! Still new to the Acura scene, just got my 2014 TSX about a year ago. I love the forum, and love how informative you guys have been, and how much inspiration it's given me for my TSX. That being said, I can't figure out why I can't seem to find much info on the 2014 TSX. I've been looking at grille inserts, body panels, basically a whole plethora of parts but very few, if any, list the 2014 TSX as being supported. I get that there are two generations, 2004-2008 & 2009-2014, and from what I can gather the difference in the 2nd generation (CU2, unless I'm mistaken) is the "face lift" of the grille. Other than that, are there any differences in the body/exterior parts? Would I be able to get a grille made for a 2013 TSX/Accord (Euro)/Spirior and use it on mine? I've been looking at something like this grille.

Thank you all!

Welcome! You're right in that there are 2 generations of TSXs, our CU2s being the second. But I think you may have a tiny misunderstanding when you say:
I can gather the difference in the 2nd generation (CU2, unless I'm mistaken) is the "face lift" of the grille
When folks mention the "facelift" model, they're referring to the 2011-2014 Acura TSX models. The 2009-2010 models have an older style front bumper which supports a larger beak-style grille. Here are a couple of photos to illustrate what I mean:

2009-2010 front end

2011+ front end

Notice how the styling of the front bumper covers are different, along with their grilles and foglight covers.

As for the grille you want, yes it should fit your car.

I highly recommend getting the OEM sports rear bumper for your TSX if you like the style. My 2012 is an SE, so I already have the side skirts and front underbody spoiler.

That makes my nipples tingle, in all the right ways. I've been keeping an eye out for them, but so far haven't come across any in my price range. Also working on making my own custom chasing LED turn signals to put in the bumper reflectors, hoping to be done with that soon.

Yeeeah I ended up shelling out around $500 for the bumper from Bernardi Parts.

Was the sports bumper "default" on any models? Just curious since it's an OEM part. If not, they make a different styled part just for replacements?

I tried to find it and it's around $600 now, so $500 sounds like a good deal especially if you needed to replace it anyway!

Also, what's that blue car with the gills? Looks slick.

I believe the sports bumper was just an OEM accessory that could be purchased from the dealer. I don't think it was a part of any trim level.

Not a default per se in Canada, but they did offer the front/rear sports bumper and side skirts as part of the "Aero Kit Package" as an add-on.
