Will you spoil it for me please? I know it's an old game but I just picked it up and am a good way through the game. (feels about half way.) But if the best part is the beginning I have no problem quitting. I don't want to waste my time going on dates and hanging out with people if it's just going to suck at the end.

The Wikipedia article says it better than I can, plus there are different choices you can make..

I spent most of the game feeling like it was half way, but it seemed like the end never came . I liked the story line and the main missions, it was all of the GFs, friends, and lame missions (chauffeur, etc.) that made it eternally boring. The BS never ends. I don't want to hang out with losers, take out chicks, play pool, go drinking, work out, eat, scrub toilets, walk dogs, or any other crap...it's GTA, I want to FSU! And it didn't help having a pansy, melancholy, depressed guy as your character, either. Tommy Vercetti was confident and wanted to be the man; Niko just whines and cries about committing crimes and his hard life. Give me a bad guy who is glad he's a bad guy and goes about being the best bad guy he can be by doing some serious shit.

How do you know? There's no information about it. Unles you work for rockstar games....

failhard.
I finished IV as well. There's already some speculation running around based on just the logo on rockstargames.com. How the V is shaped, and the money-style font, people figure it'll be based on Washington DC. Green was also the gang color for the Grove Street gang in GTA III, so there's the CJ v2.0 theory as well. Las Vegas is on the table too.

Runs on Dunkin
It took me forever to beat GTA SA, and I never finished III or Vice City. I MIGHT have to finally cave in to buying a PS3 now that another GTA is in the works.

Goodbye.
and looks like GTA5 will be in L.A. I'm a bit disappointed in that

What makes you say LA? San Andreas was in LA already.

I saw a 10 year old kid wearing a GTA t-shirt at Chuck E Cheese last weekend. Unbelievable.

They've done that...expansion packs for GTA were in London.
I'd love a return to Vice City. Since IV went back to Liberty City, V should go back to VC. Los Santos would be ok.
That's every M-rated game.

Whats up with RDX owners?

The people on the internets are saying that the guy in the suit could be an older Tommy Vercetti from Vice City. Plus the voice actor sounds like Ray Liotta, who did the voice for Vercetti.
Looks good though.

I've got spurs...
The only GTA I've played is IV and Liberty City Stories for the PSP. I never beat either game but I sure loved them! I've very atmosphere oriented and those games had a great atmosphere. I've been wanting to beat IV, but really it feels like a chore after playing about three missions in a row.
That said, I will be buying this one.

After waching the trailer nothing really seems to WOW gameplay wise. I'm excited for the game but better not get my hopes too high after playing gta 4.
I agree with most here. Gta 4 was too much of a chore to complete. And sadly I payed the 50-60 for it when it came out. Wish I woulda waited for the $5 bargain bin lol.
Gta 3 - awesome. Can still play today and enjoy
Vice city - ok, not enough world. If you play today it seems outdated, but fun at the time.
San andreas - gangs and territory make you wanna play this game over and over just to FSU for months after you beat the story. Has some amazing pc mods as well.
Gta 4 - def chore to finish. Gets boring. Nothing special about the main character. Good graphics but makes me miss the cartoonish more fun looking previous GTAs.
Pc gamer btw lol
