Weight savings can be had from aftermarket exhaust systems. On a vehicle like the TSX, going with a single or dual exhaust on a stock vehicle will have very little difference in power, and is more of a preference on aesthetics.
One issue with very lightweight exhaust systems is that they tend to be very loud, and carry a lot of resonation.

all dynapack charts have flywheel power title on top

also not very loud with only 1 magna flow resonators
you may be able to copy it for mass production

i know its apples to grapefruit, but single make a BIG diff on s2k's. but it seems to me that the stock TSX pipes flow decent enough. i am having a custom test pipe made and having the resonator removed on my stock exhaust for better flow and some growl.
i figure that combined with a DC header should make some great gains.
oh and i think i met you at that alki meet last month, i was on of the S2k guys. i think i even talked with ya, i was the chubby itailan guy with the black S2k.

I read on a british forum that the only option for us europeans to get the reflash would be to buy a whole seperate ECU with the flash on it. therefor costing 919 british pounds, that´s 1750us dollars. to me with taxes and shipping that´s some where about 2500-3000us dollars! making it totally unobtainable for 90% of would be buyers like me
Is this our only option?
I am hoping that the australians come up with the sollution but I really don´t like the idea of sending my ecu to australia and not knowing if they can flash my ecu cause it does not have the same part number as theirs if I am not mistaken?
my ecu part number is 37820-RBB-E05.
is the difference between the two cars and ecus that great that there is no way a flash for the tsx could not work for the accord?

The part number for the 06 TSX is RBB-A05. It may be possible to reflash the US program into the European computer, but without a computer to try we will not know.

I will be in the states in november, going to Sema. maybe I´ll take my ecu with me if there would be a chance to go to one of your dealers and have it checked out?

Word is today i dynoed my car at e-shift.
Got the same 175 hp actually lost power from that burned air and fuel ratio sensor. Mike told me it screwed up the spark plugs, and the lines are probably dirty cuz the car stuggled every pull.
So removing the grounding kit and 2 bottle of octane cleaner.
Then replace all 4 spark plugs should see some results hopefully...

Okay so i removed the voltage stabilizer that i had, and the grounding kit. It seemed that its been bottlenecking the car from mid range - redline.
I noticed i lose the smooth thottle response in the lowend and we put it in my friend's xa.
He gained low end and thottle reponse. His car actually sounds like its working a bit different.
So yea T1R grounding kit and voltage stab has is flaws. It should be one of the many factors holding my car back.
I last dynoed it at 175hp with a bad air and fuel ratio sensor. So hopefully it actually show some power next week.

where would be the best place for me to bring or send my ecu for testing?

So, the only potential option is to take your ECU to SEMA and see if the guys can hook it up, read it, and reflash it.
I wouldn't imagine there's much difference between the ECUs aside from the immobiliser on the European Accord.

You realize we have an immobilizer on the TSX right? When getting the reflash you have to provide hondata with your immobilizer, so I can't image anything you're "losing" along the way. In fact, I believe the whole reason they need it is to get the ECU to initialize (authenticate) with key and immobilizer.
Good luck to you Euro guys, it would be cool if our reflash worked for you as well.
Oh, and to psykotik maniak, I'm working on it.

I will post my dyno after, but as lcrazyaznl said, all of our 5AT got similar result.
I have done the following: DC Header, Injen CAI, Magnaflow High-flow Cat, UR Pulleys, Sun Automobile Voltage stabilizer and Grounding Kit.
Surprisingly, a 5AT with a Short Ram and a Greddy Evo2 exhaust has 170whpand 13Xtq.

just dynoed my car.
it is a 06 Euro Accord type-S, 6MT, with K&N typhoon cai, and ebay stainless steel header.
I got pmax 150.1kw(201.3hp), pwheel 127.1kw(170.4hp)@6770rpm, and Mmax 224.7NM(166ft.lb)@4300rpm did not get @wheels torque rating?
everything seems about right for the stock car beeing 190hp@6800rpm and 223NM@4500rpm. some gain at least
next we´ll see if the geniuses at hondata will be able to reflash my ecu, I´ll be going back to a dyno once I get back from the US, if they manage to reflash it?
sorry but I don´t have a scanner so I can´t post up my dyno graph.
