Folks,

See one new option called "1st gear throttle dampening enabled" checkbox above "Overrun throttle opening enabled", in Hondata Flashpro Manager.

Do you guys un-check both boxes to remedy "rev hang" or just the latter one (which was the only option available before)?

Anyone done this? Care to comment. What settings did you use to minimize rev hang with flashpro? Thanks.

^try it out. that's the only way you will learn, figure it out.

Click it..then upload it to the car..then check if rev hang was removed...
if not; try again with the 2nd setting.

So, using Flashpro, I feel I have pretty much eliminated "rev hang".

Unchecked both of the above and also played around with the Fuel Overrun Cutoff settings.

However, the TSX still seems to have power come in surges, like I notice a rocking motion around 3k revs. Anyone know how to smooth that out?

if you take a look at the data, what does the data say at 3k..
looking for pedal position, RPM's, etc...

one of my surges at idle ended up being a vacuum leak. in the data, you could see pedal position at 0% but RPMS were elevated/not normal.
