Then you would get a replacement and a prepaid shipping label would be sent to you for the return of the product. I have dealt with them for about a year now and only had two things damaged and it was the tail lights. They sent me the new ones and returned the old ones no questions asked.

I'm so in for next time. Since I won't be putting the kit on until spring, and have no space to store it, i'll have to wait til the next session in Feb/March. For Canadians this is a great deal!!

The dealer should send you the tracking number to the email of your pay pal. I had about 50% of people ask me this and they were all in their spam folders.
