Type-S OEM tires worn out at 13,000
With just over 13,000 miles on my OEM high performance tires, it was time for replacements. Rotated every 2,500 and at the wear bars on the rear and almost there on the fronts.
Just replaced them with another slightly used OEM set found here. While I’m very happy, the wear seems excessive for only 13,000 hard (no track) miles. Anyone getting more mileage out of the Pirelli’s?
Planning to return to Michelin Pilot Sports that treated me well (better?) on the 2012 TL SH-AWD with HPT. Thank you in advance for your input.

I have a bit over 16k miles but I upgraded to the y-spoke wheels and performance tires after having a few thousand miles. My tires are worn and getting close to being done. I have also rotated them regularly and no track days. Great tires but the life span is short.
