I know I’m in the minority, but I hate dark rims. They’ve always looked like a spare tire to me. Ordered these 20” BBS wheels with Continental 255/35R20 tires (same as Type S) from tire rack back in March and they finally arrived.

Looks great! I hate owning low profile tires though. Picks up road rash too easily.

Thanks! Yeah, I wish they had the wheels in the 19” stock size so I could use the stock tire, but what can you do?

Tell me about it.

I’ve curbed my wheels twice on my Type S. The last time was just by turning my wheel to leave a drive thru. The curb was in striking distance and without a regular sized wheel the rim scraped instead of rubber.

Now that I have surround cameras, I don't think I could ever get another car w/o it (unlike HUD). Hopefully road rash is a thing of the past!
