However if the dealer does want to pay an attorney, I am one as well and I am confident I would be able to crush this case without and reasonable doubt that they are the ones who caused the damage as he dealer signed that the car was flawless when I dropped it off with only 340 miles on the odo. I have notes of my complaints and insisted it be recorded with Acura corporate as well. I am fairly certain it's a 3 minute slam dunk in front of any small claims judge.
The burden of proof in small claims court is beyond a reasonable doubt? That's news to me. Just wondering based on the terminology your using being that you're an attorney and all.

LOL.....the litigator.

I was referring to reasonable doubt from my perspective, as well as any intelligent human being. The facts are the facts and demonstrate the circumstance BEYOND reasonable doubt.

the Front can't be more aggressive, lol. It would look like a pep boys 14" accessory wheel that a landscaper uses to fix up their truck if I did with the wheel sticking out beyond the fender. It is perfectly flush in front, and rear as you can see in the pix. I would not want the tire sticking out beyond the fender, YUCK. Then you would rip your fender off when you hit bumps.

Excuse the nice coat of dust on it as the roads have been dusty as of late due to heavy rain last week in the desert washing dirt on the road ways.

Thanks bro. Hows that alignment kit working for you? Do you have a spec sheet after the alignment using the new arms?
