TPMS Sensors for 2019 TLX Tech

I leased a 2015 TLX Advance in 2015 and traded to a 2017 Advance in 2017. I have used the TPMS sensors I purchased for my 2015 TLX successfully in my snows for my 2017 TLX. My wife is acquiring a 2019 TLX Tech in a week or so and I was told by the parts department that the 2019 TPMS sensors have a different part number from the 2015 sensors I am using. I wanted to move my snows (with sensors) to her car and not purchase new sensors for her car. I would purchase and install sensors on her snows (which have much fewer miles on them) to my car. I was hoping to avoid taking both sets of tires off their rims to install or move sensors. Does anyone know if the 2019 sensors really are different than the ones on my car? Thanks

I have my set of winter wheels 2016 18" for sale. And I keep getting the same kind of question. Any Acura/Honda site similar to BMW Parts Catalog that lists the part no for versions & year?

As of 2018, the TPMS system's frequency was changed, so the 2015-17 sensors are not compatible with the 2018-19.

I have a 2017 Acura TLX. I ran snow tires without the sensors last winter and seeing the light on in the dash drove me nuts. Anyone know where to buy sensors from, aside from the dealer? I would like OEM, but if others have good experiences with non-OEM, I'll consider them.
I asked the Stealership a day I was in for service and they wanted $500.00 (purchase price, install, balance, tax)

That feature is present since 2015, so why would that make a change to TPMS frequency?
