I've seen several different answers regarding the recommended tire size for 06421-TZ3-A50ZA and I think it depends on if you have an I4 or V6.

What is the recommended spare tire size for a V6 TLX Tech for Acura part # 06421-TZ3-A50ZA? Since the V6 comes with 18" wheels, it shouldn't matter if you have 19" (Plus 1).

All the spare tires are 17". I believe the only difference is the sticker they provide that goes on the driver side door pillar that replaces the tire information since the 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder have different size tires. However, for the spare they are both 17" tire size is T135/80D17. whether you have a 17",18" or 19" the rolling diameters are very similar it's just the sidewall height that changes.
