For people who have 19" rims did you see a notice difference in ride quality from stock? What about people who have 20"? Also if the ride quality suffers greatly from lower profile tires compared to higher profile tires? I'm thinking about rims and I want near the same ride quality..

Yes, you will notice ride quality drop as there's less rubber to absorb impact. I'd suggest going with oem size wheels or +1"
