Hi folks, I searched a bit but didn’t see any references. I’m looking hear from folks who may have experience with swapping out rear control arms on their 2018 TLX AWD. Specifically l’m considering buying these Voodoo 13 pieces from HeelToe. Any pointers or for alternatives people may suggest. I dropped the car quite a bit and looking to fix the camber in the rear.
I bought the spc alignment kit from heel toe for the rear and it fit like a glove and was easy to adjust (per technician) had in on the 15 AWD And had them swap it onto the 18 AWD. I don’t know how helpful that is. My drop is only 1-1.5inches.
Closing the loop on this in case other folks run into this product. I spoke with Voodoo13’s office today and they actually do not offer a product for the AWD just for the FWD version.
One thing that is not mention here. Is when you do this type of dual arm (toe and camber), make sure that you do not have the PAWS ( Precision All-wheel Steering). The PAWS arms is your toe arms. If you unplug the system from the toe arm and replace it with the aftermarket adjustable ones, you will have fault issue that will put the vehicle in LIMP mode.
My suggestion is to keep the PAWS Toe arm plugged in and mount it under the car.
