Need help square setup

Hi getting a sh awc v6 tlx and wanted to do a square setup, what would be the best size in a 20 inch front and back, I will be either lowered on coilovers, or rsr down springs, can I go 20x10 +45 in the front or does it rub the inner strut, or 20x9.5+38 would fit better in the front, I knw the back is no issue, so really concerned about the front, any help would be appreciated thanks

I have the same concern! I try a Verde wheel in the front 20x9.5+38 and the rim sticks out the wheel cover and I didn't like it. i wonder what's the best set up front and rear?

Well there's your problem... tires are supposed to be round, not square..

Can't help, just wanted to provide comedic relief, happy friday, carry on.

Not sure if this is much help, but I know 20x9 +38 will fill up front and that is pretty flush with no rubbing. The 20x9.5 or 2x10 im pretty sure is going to be pushing it up front and will most likely require some work to get it to fit, if it fits at all

Well the person who started this thread is looking for a square set up... so they will be doing with the same size wheels both front and back. But, the rear will fit 20x10.5 +45 which also sits pretty flush if you want to go with a staggered fitment

Hey guys, my car is SH-AWD, that means I need to have the same wheels front and back right? If so, then am I correct that 20*9+38 would be the best fitment? What size tires will go with the rim?

Thanks!

This is my car, its pretty "squared" which is what I was going for as well. The offset is whats hard to nail. I did my research before buying what I have:

all depends on how aggressive you want to go.

Hijacking here...looking at 20x8.5 for my SH-AWD...offset choices are +45 or +30. Thoughts? +45 is not much more aggressive than stock, but +30 might be too much poke - Ideally I'd like flush.

On a 20x8.5 wheel, +35 is the absolute lowest offset I would go if you don't want too much poke. Given the wheels you are looking at only come in +45 or +30, I would probably continue looking and see if you can find a different set of wheels that you like. If you're going for the flush look, you won't be happy with either of those offsets
