Question How to sell used tires?

I want to replace my tires for something better (2017 SH-AWD here). I have 10k miles and the tires have no defects or uneven wear. I would just hate to pay full price for new tires and not get anything for these. But it would be nice if I didn't have to drive another 20k miles in these Goodyear Eagle LS-2.
(First world problems, I know).

you can either throw them up on FB marketplace or craiglist...
or you can try to sell them at a used tire shop

craigstlist it. It took me a month to sell my ls-2s from my TLX. I didn't make too much out of it though.

You won't get much more than $25/tire if you're lucky. I wouldn't waste your time.

FWIW: If your tire is a 245/40R19, it looks like a new one on Tire Rack sells for around $350, plus shipping. With only 10K miles, and no abnormal wear, there certainly should be a market for your used ones. I would recommend visiting two, or three local tire shops, explain what you want to do, and ask how much your used tires are worth, to them. Than, perhaps, post them on Facebook and or Craigslist for a fair price. I'm quite certain, they will bring considerably more than $25.00 each! I have sold used tires on Craigslist in the past, and always gotten a good price for them. The only drawback is, it sometimes takes a while for them to sell. A recent example: Sold a matching set of 4 Michelin 215/50R17 Primacy MXM4 used tires with 40K miles, no punctures, no abnormal wear, and between 5/32nds. and 6/32nds. tread depth, for $130.00 on Craigslist. Example, the same tire as yours, advertised on local Craigslist for $135.00 (Very little wear - 3,106 miles - on the tire. Purchased at BMW of Silver Spring for a 2014 BMW 535i X-Drive. Decided I didn't like the ride, and actually changed out to non run flats. Only 1 tire left. Originally paid $298.12 for the tire)
