Ford Focus (2012) Wheels & Tires?

There's a set of Blizzaks on Ford fusion wheels for sale locally that would be great for winter on my '16 Tech if they'd work.

Tires:
225-50/R17 (vs. 225-55R17 stock)

Wheels:
5x114.3mm bolt pattern, 17x7.5 width, 44mm offset, and 67.1mm center bore
