2015 TLX Brake Job

I am looking to replace my brake pads and rotors. I am sitting at 58,000 miles by the way. I am having a hard time finding the torque specs for the caliper bracket bolts and the guide pin bolts.

Thanks in advance.

Just to let you know I had a bad time with the rears. The fronts were easy like other cars. The back on the other hand..the piston had 3 pins and I tried using the what I thought "correct tool" but it still wouldn't budge. I Just made acura do it, they said it was something electronic or whatever, which really sucks cause everything else was easy. Its just those damn rear pistons. Im not sure about the torque specs.

Wow, you drive a pretty good amount of miles. 58k mi is pretty good on a set of OEM rotors and pads. With that kind of mileage, I would stick with OEM. In my experience, Hondas (Acuras) tend to work with the least amount of problems with OEM parts. I tried to "get fancy" a time of two with named aftermarket brake parts, and all I got was squeeking and shimmying which was more of a PIA.

I also concur with rocket_pup; OEM parts for brakes, quiet brakes

This is an old post, but didn't see the specs.

Alldata shows following for tlx v6 fwd:

53 ft lbs for caliper to bracket bolts

101 ft lbs for bracket to knuckle bolts

26 ft lbs for the brake hose to caliper bolt

on a side note, doing this on an 18 tlx a spec w/ 58k miles only because the rotors are warping. pads have 6-7mm left.
