SSM w/ Volk Racing G25 Prism Dark Silver
What's up AZers!
I finally got the wheels after waiting for 4 months. The rims complete my setup. For now...
Details:
Wheels: Volk Racing G25 in Prism Dark Silver, 19X8.5 +35 (19.4 lbs)
Tires: Yokohama Advan Sport V105 245/40/19
Love the prism effect on the rims. It's subtle and not crazy neo chrome style. The rims look dark silver when light isn't shined on it, which is really nice. Different characteristics.
Yokohama Advan Sport V105 is pretty damn sticky. Read several reviews that it's the closest competition to Michelin Pilot Super Sport. So far, the ride quality is pretty close to the stock 17's in terms of absorbing the bumps. It's slightly harsher, but very negligible. The biggest difference is the grip. It's sticky icky oooooh yeee!!! It just hugs the road. I'd definitely recommend it.

The wheels are so light, I can feel the quicker acceleration from the stop. If you were down in So Cal, we'd be taking pics of our rides.
