Basque Red SH AWD TLX Tech.
Just wanted to post my father's TLX. He traded his Maxima for a 15 sh-awd TLX basque red, there was a 3500$ rebate on it and they give him an ok price for his Maxima which had 265000kms on it without problems. I love this car and a nice upgrade from his Maxima, ride is smoother yet still feels very planted on the road. Not sure why people complain about the automatic shutdown of this car as there's a button to disable it. Anyways here's the pics, I wanted to post some pics as I didn't see many with a basque red sh-awd.

Very nice! What interior color? The very first TLX I sat in was a Basque Red with parchment (tan) interior. Was beautiful.
We complain about the Idle-Stop button only because we hope they will let us disable the "feature" and it stays off.
I know, first world problems

Very nice. I love the color. It looks just like mine except for the rims and the black Interior. I got the parchment and the I4. I still enjoy my daily drive to and from work. I should exceed 13,000 miles before Friday. Enjoy and good luck with it.

I'm in Canada and they have a good rebate att. Considering it would have cost him the same for the new Maxima and he didn't want to wait because his air conditioning stopped working and he didn't want to spend the money he went for the TLX. I have to say after 100kms driving it, I absolutely love this thing, rides much better than his 09 Maxima.

Looks nice! I think he'll be very happy with his purchase. I still love driving mine, but I haven't had any of the "bugs" that some others have had so I can really just enjoy the car.

Well brought the car to my father today, about 1200kms ride. I love this car, very comfortable yet it feels planted on the road and takes corners very well. Btw I normally hate driving on the highway for a long period of time, but the lkas with the cruise control really makes it so much better. Not saying that I let it drive by itself but its effortless and I can at times when no one is around and on a long straight just vape in the car and relax while just touching the steering from time to time. You still have to say vigilant but damn its so awesome.
Love the sound system as well, very nice sound. This car is a step up from his maxima yet he paid the same price for it hehe. Now I just want to go buy one for myself lol.

Nice colour!!!
Isn't it interesting that under bright sunlight, the Basque Red Pearl colour looks quite similar to the Athletic Red that many of us would like Acura to make commercially available? Otherwise, it can look very dark indeed.

I'd be driving one like this if we could get the black interior in the US. Had a firepepper read/black 2000 TL before trading it for a Graphite Luster/Ebony AWD late last year.

Just like the damn vent seats, every time you turn off the car it resets and needs to be turned on again, super annoying and yes first world problems.
