Andy's CBP/Ebony/4cyl/Tech !!!
Hi !
Just closed the deal on my ACURA TLX today !!
Here's a little background.. I came from TSXClub.com. I was very involved with hosting/attending meets. I was also Feb 2014 TSX of the month ! haha
Here are the specifics of my deal..
MSRP $35,920 (Destination fee included)
-$1250 instant savings (my Asian bargaining skills haha)
-$1000 Acura Advantage program (First 1 months payment free)
-$500 Credit towards Acura accessories (Used on OEM fog lights, I paid for the difference)
+SoCal Tax 9.5%
+DMV Fees
+Dealer Fees
Let me know what you guys think ? Did i overpay ? Cause if i did.. then it's too late i already signed papers hahaha
Who bought the extended warranty?? I'm thinking about getting the 7yr/100k miles. or The 7yr/120k miles.
If you bought it, please let me know how much you paid??
Thank you!!!

Thanks guys !!
I still have the TE37s 18x9.5 +35 225/40/18. I've been too lazy to test fit them.
The tires i have on the TEs are actually smaller than the OEM tires on the TLX.
I put the TEs right next to the OEM wheels and the TEs are lower. I believe the wheel gap will increase.

Car is looking good. However, don't think for a second that Opticoat is going to prevent scratches and swirls. The only thing that will help prevent scratches and swirls is proper washing, polishing, and paint maintenance. Start now and your paint will last a long time.

thanks guys ! i'm looking into getting some rims now...
i plan to keep stock height... aint about that slammed life anymore... Hahaa
Looking into 19X9 or 19X9.5 +30-45.. 245/40ish
I'm not sure yet. I needa do some calculations.
I know the Factory Acura 19s are 19X8 with 245/40/19 +45. (please correct me if i'm wrong)
I like how it fits. Imma use that as reference to do calculations to get the fitment i'm looking for.
I'm not going to slam this car. My TSX was pretty low so i'm trying to do something more practical now.

She looks great! I really like the underbody kit on dark cars. I look forward to seeing pics of the car with the new rims when you get them.
I hear ya about lowering. It's nice to not worry about scraping!

Hey Lidobitesize,
How much did you pay for your aerokit? i was quote $2100.00 and i just learnt they don't come with fog lamps, which i was told is another $900+. So putting everything around $3,000+.

Beautiful previous and current car.
I am a local TSX Wagon owner, sadly no TLX like you. Where did you get the test fit wheels?
First pic with test fit (looked amazing), car looked lowered. Other two pics car looked like a lot of wheel gap. Was that just the angle or photoshop?
If you don't mind PMing me, I am wondering if I can take my TSX Wagon to whereever you went and see them do a test fit, so I can decide what I want.
Appreciate the help!
