I have had this problem since iOS update 11.2. Told Acura dealers I felt the update was the issue but they did not agree. Gave me all the 'normal' fixes that I had already tried. Now, apparently there is a Tech line out to all dealers explaining handsfree link does NOT work with latest iOS update and that there is not a fix. I'm confused, did they not know there would be a new iOS with new phones coming out? Anyone know if they are working to correct?
