A while back I wrote to Wellvisors asking if they were making any window deflectors for the 2016 TLX. They said they would get back to me. They did yesterday. Here is the (edited) transcript:

I contacted Wellvisors again asking if they had made any progress making them available for the TLX - specifically my 2016 SH-AWD. Here is their response:
visors are in production now
should be available sometime in mid-January

You're better off using these, they don't tape on to the car: 2015 Acura TLX | Rain Guards - Side Window Deflectors for Cars Trucks SUVs and Minivans | WeatherTech.com Somebody got them early on and said they increased the noise level on the car to the point they would not order them if they have to do it all over again. As much as I have loved these visors on my previous cars, I have refrained from purchasing these for that reason.

These always give me flashbacks of the 1980's.

In hotter climates, they allow you to crack the windows just enough to let the heat escape during the day when the car is parked outside, without exposing your car's interior to the deluge of a sudden thunderstorm. This can make a 20-30 degree difference in temperature inside the car, if not more.
