Vin of 8527 should I worry??

Vin of 8527 should I worry??

Going to take ownership of a new tlx awd advance tomorrow... problem is vin ends with 8527... has the car been sitting somewhere for months or should I not worry about it?????

Open the driver door and check date of manuf if you are worried about how old the car is....

I'm afraid you're screwed. All vin's which are prime numbers are known to be problems.

The last digits are sequential after the country of origin letter. Only makes a difference if the manufacturer has made running changes to the car since #8527.

My FWD Advance has a 22xxx serial number and was made in Aug 15. I specifically looked for a car with the latest build. But this is just a 'feeling' that the latest built cars will have more production tweaks built into them and would have the latest software.

The last 5 of my vin are 10578 and the mfg date was 8/15. i thought it was odd but no worries on my end.
