Underside scraping curb

Underside scraping curb
My car has recently started scraping the curb whenever I park at work now. I've been parking in the same section every day for the past half year, and starting yesterday I heard scraping when I park in and over the curb. It's not the front bumper but the black rubber flaps (?) hanging down in the front. My tires are properly inflated (~30-32 psi). Either my whole car got lower for whatever reason, or the black rubber pieces did. What should be the clearance between the ground and the black rubber pieces or the underside of the front bumper? I'm trying to figure out if something is broken.

Maybe the ground isn't as level as it used to be.

My black flap has a tendency to scrape curbs and parking stops. Sounds worse than it actually is. I check every time to make sure it wasn't my underbody spoiler and it never has been.
Unless you started driving around with salt bags in your trunk and cabin, it's not your suspension. If you live in the USA, summertime (especially this current heat wave) is a great time for blacktop and concrete pavement to expand, heave and buckle. Just a thought.
