TLX is Canada's #5 best selling premium brand car
This is an interesting article on the top 25 selling premium brand cars in Canada in 2015:
Canada?s 25 best-selling luxury cars in 2015 - Autofocus.ca
Our TLX is #5 on the list! In fact, little brother ILX also made it at #12.
Interesting numbers and comments for other vehicles such as the Q50 and the IS, both of which sold less than the TLX so far this year.

BTW: 577 cars in July, which was one of their better months, does not say a whole lot about Canadian premium car sales

Not sure what raw population numbers has to do with it. If raw population numbers did have any relevance then the US TLX sales, July 3530, are truly in the tank by over 2000 cars.

The implication is your frame of reference for Canadian sales is compared to US sales. By that comparison, Canada is outperforming the US, as Canada has 1/10th the population. No one has said the TLX is in the tank in the US. You brought up that uninformed nonsense.

Interesting, you are aware that the premium sellers MB "C", BMW "4", BMW "3", Infiniti "Q50" favor US sales in the 9/10 to 1 area vs their Canadian counterparts?

The useless pickup also does better in Canada especially the F-150 with 11,000+ sales in July 2015. This has it beating the 1/10 population spread against 66,000 US sales the same month.
Interesting since 75% of the population lives within 100 miles of the US border & 80% of the population is urban. F-150 urban cowboy traffic jams in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver & Calgary?

Not sure how it plays out in sales but the largest F150 dealer in Toronto has about 100 more F-150's in inventory than the largest dealer in Calgary.

Maybe because Toronto's population is twice the size of Calgary's? Toronto's pretty much the economic center of Canada.
