Talking Time to say our goodbyes to those disappointed with the TLX production model

So long my fellow forum members. Hope to see you during the TLX MMC. I'm sticking around as I'm liking the TLX auto transmission, exterior design minus the beak, the MPG and some of the safety features.

Take care and good luck with your alternate car purchase. Keep us posted on what you bought, add-ons, for how much, and how you will be liking it down the road.

I got to convince myself that the TLX is still value-priced as an almost luxury vehicle.

CIAO and MUWAH!

Think he wants anyone who is not into the TLX to go away, expect it will not happen.

Not really, I wanted feedback on alternative vehicles at the same price and reliability point. Maybe the TLX will be unreliable in its first year?

Seriously, I signed up here, DriveAccord and Temple of Vtec because I still like Honda vehicles. The SH-AWD is something I really want not just for winter road performance but also for everyday handling.

I did sign up for one of the 2 Series forums but once I was sure I did not want a 2 Series, I have not visited the forum since. I also joined a Mazda3 forum and haven't been back for a couple of weeks. Point is, why be visiting a forum or a thread on a car you're not interested in? Although my time is really not worth gold, I'd rather hang on here because I am eyeing the TLX SH-AWD, than over at a Mazda3 or 2 Series, now that I know I won't consider those. I'm not filthy rich and have a budget.

I'm sure haters and critics' views will always be welcomed by Acurazine and Honda. They light the fire under Honda's arse and that only bodes well for somewhat loyalists like myself.

Your insights are invaluable Bear. I have nothing to lose reading all previous owners' complaints and gripes, except a bit of my time.

Keep your comments / posts coming.

Road tests haven't come out yet, pricing hasn't come out yet and many haven't seen it person. I suspect many who have a negative opinion of the TLX will change there minds as time goes on and the car grows on people.

Glad you noticed I'm not from Columbia and I don't smoke these substances and updated your post. Glad to know we are both literate as I always looked up to the American people.

I saw the TLX in person at the NY auto show this past saturday. Im not impressed based on the particular vehicle they brought (blue with accessory wheels). However, I havent taken it off the table just yet. Need to see the complete package and how it drives once MSRP pricing comes out and road tests including my own test drive.

The TLX launch brought me back to AZine, and it's definitely a better place to be than e90post. I think i'll stick around for the RLX SH-AWD launch, the ILX MMC, and the TLX TYPE-S launch.

I think the next launch i'm really excited about is the S3 and the next gen S4/S5.

Saw the S3 at the NY Show, much nicer than the CLA, but it is a small car. I am curious to the the next A/S4 as the current gen is nice, but dated and not very reliable.
