Sun-visor (driver side) replacement

Hey Everyone!

This afternoon while taking the car to costco for tire replacement, I heard something snap when I pulled down the sun-visor. So now the sun-visor no longer stays in place in the recessed area when not needed.

Where I can get a replacement for less than what the dealership quoted for just the part: $400 + tax ? They gave me the part number so I can look around 83280-TZ3-A01ZA.
I'm told this just plugs right in.

Is there a how-to on removing the old visor ?

Thanks!

If you wanna fix it the cheap way use a piece of Velcro between the headliner and sun visor. Don't use too much or else you'll pull the headliner down.
