Stuttering in Econ Mode When Stopping

Thanks in advance for any help. I have not yet taken my 2016 TLX to the shop yet as I wanted to check on here for advice first. At times (note not all the time) when I am coming to a stop (in Econ Mode only) the car will jerk forward a little. It also happens (again at times) when I start and sometimes when I can feel the car shifting. My initial thought was a torque converter issue. I feel like i had these same issues on an old MDX and Acura actually sent out a letter indicating an issue with them and to take it in for a free replacement. Any other thoughts or ideas?

Thank You,

It would help if you specified if you had a V6 or I4. I have the 2017 I4 and it does jerk in eco mode.

Does it feel like you got hit from behind? If so, take a look at http://www.urvi.net/forumfiles/SB/B17-015.PDF

There is definitely an transmission update that fixes that. When I had my 2016, the situation you described happened very occasionally however, I trained my foot to generally avoid it. Then my Dealer applied a transmission update and it never happened again.
