Does it look possible to add on the exhaust tip without modifying the bumper? Like a short bent pipe and an oval tips?

How far is it from the existing exhaust outlet/tip to the bumper

Would it look weird because is it too low (visible exhaust tips)?

I really don't want to cut the bumper or replace the bumper.

Any after market vendor want to help us r&d ??
