kchemist, was the price you typed, OTD? That seems low for a 42k msrp new TLX. I understand dealers won't sell at that price, but nearly a 5k difference is huge.

I have read many auto buying tips/ strategies and forums for leasing or buying new cars. And the Used vs. New debate, so I would just use those tools to go with a pre-owned still new car, but avoid the high msrp's and possible lack of huge discounts or negotiating.

But if Acura is offering those discounts, then OP should go with the new car through Acura Financial.

Give that the other dealer was trying to sell me a used TLX for 35.9 and wasn't budging on the price, I am very excited that I was able to pull a good deal on the brand new one.

I have already checked the curry acura care warranty and 8 year/120k miles can be had for 1630 which isn't that bad of a deal in my opinion.
