As the message said "sold" not "delivered" this would be all I4 models combined compared with all V6 (including SH-AWD) models. It would be interesting to see how this compares to manufacturing output.

The video also confirms what my bad back and eyeballs tried to confirm a while back ... the ventilated seats use a fan to recirculate cabin air - the feature isn't using ducted air from the HVAC.

4252 sold as of September 23rd. They sold 798 from 9/17-9/23. That's 6 selling days. That's 133 per day - the sales rate has gone up from the first update we had in September. Through the 16th they were selling about 108 per day. BTW - 133 per day is 41K over an entire year - so not quite good enough..but September is a fairly slow month compared to the bigger months.
That's 1966 sold through the 23rd. They might get to 3000 this month but it probably depends upon how many SHAWDs show up. For a month like September 3000-3500 is just fine I think. Last september the TL and the TSX only combined for around 2300 units.

Okay, I need someone to help me decipher what Pam Hernandez is saying at the very start of all of these One-Pack videos. When the videos first start, her name and title, "TLX Model Engineer", appear on the screen. Then she introduces herself and gives her title. It doesn't sound like she's saying, "TLX Model Engineer", but sounds more like, "TLX Model and Engineer", or maybe, "Modeling Engineer". Can't quite make out what she's saying. Can anyone help?

^ agreed- I think Acura is working hard to keep the quality up and seems to be doing a good job. New model roll outs are a challenging time for any manufacturer and Acura seems to be doing a great job. I also like seeing real world people doing these videos.
I would be interested in knowing if OnePack is a new program or something that has been done for past rollouts as well?
This thread is very helpful- perhaps it should be promoted to always be at the top?

Thanks for the video. Pam says that we can request a paper copy? Hmmmm.... the reason why I would probably request a paper copy of the owners manual (when I get my hands on a TLX next sprint) is that the TLX will outlive the lifetime of DVD technology... just a thought!

Also, the FQR example they displayed was regarding how the body kit is a darker color than the rest of the car in BWP. Guess they are working on that!

Last couple have been pretty vague but with more vehicles on the road I'm sure they're seeing more specific things. Nonetheless, I'm glad to see the vids. I wonder if they monitor this forum and note the issues we discuss?

7561 sold through October 14th. That's (from Acura's own numbers) 1391 through the first 12 days of the month. The pace, even with the discrepancy between these numbers and the press release numbers, is ahead of September's pace through the first 12 days by 223 cars. It's about 116 vehicles per selling day - which is well behind the final September pace of 161 vehicles per day according to the final numbers.
Basically the numbers continue to be solid and I think we will see October's number come in at over 4000 vehicles if the pattern from last month holds true.

I would think numbers wont be huge until all the tsx& tl's are cleared out, once that happens its all or nothing on lease returns and new buyers . Numbers should be super healthy

Meanwhile there are 5,066 TLX's out there. So I don't think the remaining TL/TSX are hampering TLX sales. Those buying the TL and TSX are probably just looking for a bargain or are die hard fans of the car.
She mentioned they focus on fixing issues for the first 3 months. Does this imply that month 4 production cars will have most of the early issues worked out on the production line?

That's 961 in 6 selling days from the last update. Which is 160 a day. That's a healthy number.
I'm guessing October will be right around 4000 units. A very healthy number.
According to the updates themselves they sold 4252 TLX from September 24 through October 24th. That's 163 a day which is 50,000 a year.

These are awesome! Great to see Acura keeping both ears open to most of our problems. We have to think so many TLX owners are not on the board so hopefully these problems are bring reported even more than we think.

EE4Life, could you possibly tell me when this OP#11 was first posted to website where you obtain them? This video and fix has probably saved me a major suspension component replacement and know my issue (loud clunk when going over speed bumps or similar road irregularities) was first reported to Tech Support by dealer 2 weeks ago. Car going back into dealer this week for correction.
