Wil the 18x8 offset 35 wheels look good on the 4G TL?

Hello AcuraZine fellas

I'm in the market for aftermarket wheels, I do like those TSW alloy wheels but they only have offset 35 for my 4G TL.. I have never seen a TSW wheels with 18x8 offset 35 on a 4G TL yet, any pictures are greatly appreciated..
Will offst 35+ better? Lets say offset 40, will the offset 40 wheels pop out more then the 35 and will offset 40 works on my 4G TL? I'm not lower, I would like to stay with stock height.
Is 18x8 too small? Will 18x9 works without modifying anythings?
My apology for noob questions.
Thanks so much for any inputs

I'm also new to Acurazine, but I've had aftermarket wheels on previous cars. 18x8 with 35mm offsets will actually 'stick out' more than 40mm offset (just by a pinch). The lower the offset you go, the more the wheel will protrude from the wheelwell. Both 35 and 40 mm offsets would work however. Not sure what size your stock wheels are now, but a lot folks would probably recommend going bigger (19" or 20") if you're going to upgrade your wheels. Good luck.

I think +35 offset is perfect for this car,but not with 18x8.The smallest i would go is 19x8.5 with +35 18s is just to small for this car. good luck

I really appreciate the inputs...
I realize the 18x8 it is kinda small for the 4G TL. I'm all about riding comfort, the stock 17" on the 09 TL is incredibly comfortable.
I'm wonder if 18 0r 19 do ride like the OEM 17"?
Thank you so much for all the generous answers..

18" on my Sh Awd was not uncomfortable ,however i test drove a FWD with 19" and it rode very stiff compared to the 17" and i also thought that it was actually uncomfortable compared to the 18' on the Sh Awd,i did not check the tire pressure.

Keep in mind that the tires that you purchase will also affect ride, noise etc.
