What would you do?? Need some opinions

Ok, so I'm looking to buy a set of coilovers for my 2011 awd tl. I have narrowed it down to 2 choices, tein street advanced or bc br coils. The street advanced I have priced out with new top hats for $875 shipped from heeltoe. The bc coils I can get for $900 shipped. I did do research on both coils and from the reviews, they both seem solid. I know it all comes down to personal preference but I would just like some input from ppl who have or had one of these on there cars. Any help would really be appreciated. Thank you

excelerate has a deal on Tein SA through end of march... $550 or thereabouts with the 20% off deal. Top hats are $130 from heeltoe. Shipping was roughly $50. So you can save some money splitting up the order.

Think both coilover options are fine.

My only complaint about the TEIN SS/SA is that the standard springs that come with both coils are too soft and IMO ride floaty, even with dampening set to 00/00. I upgraded the springs in my SA, to higher spring rates. BC you can choose what rates you want.

I run BC's and love them. I agree, Teins ride too soft. Both are nice coilovers though.

Thank you very much for your input guys. I really appreciate it. @hearttls, what spring rate did you go with? @carbontsex, did you get custom rates or just use what came in the box?

My tein SA's just got delivered along with the SPC camber arms... Heeltoe diligently sent the tophats... Now just need to figure out what day im leaving the car and what setting to tell them to start with. figure i'll test drive quick with the backseat out then have them button up the car...

Guess I start at 08/08 and go from there? Want it soft and comfy
