The Unofficial "Pictures of Aftermarket Rims on the 4G TL" thread

I got bored today and decided it would be a cool idea to go back to everyone's threads to find all of the pictures of aftermarket wheels on the 4G TL. I personally think that there is nothing like either seeing the wheel in person or at least seeing an actual picture of it on your car to get you to like it or dislike it.

With that said, here is the collection I've found so far! If anyone has any more to add, please remember to keep it to pictures of wheels mounted only on the 4G TL, not a picture of the wheel by itself.

Probably good to have:

In the photos above
BLACKURA_NY - Dropped on H&R Springs
Buckvegas - Dropped on Tien Super Street Coilovers
Whitebest - Dropped on Eibach springs

Just works out well that those are the 3 options at the moment for dropping your car.

I'll post an updated photo of mine after I'm dropped on the H&R's also. Shipping today

Great thread idea!!!

Thanks man. If the moderators sticky this thread, I'll be sure and update it with everyone's pictures of their aftermarket wheels as I see them come up. Either that, or those people can simply post them up here for all to see first?

This is a great thread. All the wheels look great on the TL and each are very unique. I would say there isn't a bad looking one at all. Hopefully I can get my TL soon and add to this great list..

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe he posted they are 18x8.5.

I was seriously leaning on getting those raven black legends... They look sick on the 3G TL, but seeing them now on the 4G, I'm glad I have my legends II's. IMHO - 20's set this car off perfectly, or maybe the right king of 19's.

Gunner - I'm pretty sure that RJ can convert those 5x114.3 to 5x120. Probably costs extra to do. You can see the DT3's above mounted on the 4G already. He can probably do the same on the Inspyres.

it says right above your question. They are BMW M6 replicas. Search on google for them or check your local tire store

I am not planning to do any lowering or drop no the car.

It is all stock - and honestly, I loved the look when the rims/tires went on, the gap is so small that it doesn't need to be touched, and I think because of the skirt, it just looks that much more lower/aggressive.

As for the chrome front and rear - I am thinking, but I need to see it in person on a white first, I have seen it on black, but the pictures posted just don't show the real look.

I don't want to give it an overly chromed out look either and make it look funny.

But lets see.

How much did you get it for, from where, and who did the install? (what was the total hit for everything)

I would love to meet up and see - I did see it at the car show, and on black I agree it looks amazing, just wondering in person how it would look on white.

Where around markham are you? I live around Markham/Steeles on the Scarborough side.

Got it from Bernardi for $240 and $67. I shipped it to B-Lo and my friend's uncle brought it up for me so I didn't have to pay taxes. I think it would look quite good on white.

I live at Major Mac and 404. However, I was just at Steeles and McCowan earlier today. I drive my daughter to her cooking class there and will be there again next Sunday. We can meet up for coffee or something. Maybe we should take this to PM.
