TL SH Wheels...Center Caps Help????

I have a base TL, just put he 18" SH 5 spoke wheels and used the center caps from the 17's and they're way too light.

I checked out the oem ones from acura or the 18s and those are too light as well.

Anyone have a good match, anyone know if the gunmetal caps from the 08 Type S wheels would match up well or are they too dark.

Help/Advice much appreciated.

Theyre mismatched for everyone. The only way you would be able to get it the same colour is if you paint it.

I have a set of these^ on the RDX (eBay). They are nice because you can pop the emblem off and reapply it after you paint.

I've noticed that, even when it looks perfect its still a little off.
I might see how one the TL-S ones look as a match, if not maybe ill spray em.

Thanks.

Yeah, I like the black emblem personally but maybe the chrome will flow nice too.

eBay, $45??? They are from a 98 CL. But you could get the silver ones and paint them any color you want, the emblem comes off easy:

Acura Part Number: 44742-SZ3-J110 or 44742-SZ3-J110-H1

*Here is a handy tip for removing the flat plastic center caps without taking the wheel off:

Stick a suction cup with hook to the center cap, grasp hook with pliers and give a quick yank. Saves a ton of time in the driveway!!!

I just walked to my car (2009 SH-AWD) and checked the caps and you are right. They are a bit light but overall, it looks ok. I wouldn't worry about it.

The main problem that I have is that the rotor hats rust like crazy. I have noticed that the newer models don't rust as much. I have been checking out newer Honda Pilots/MDX/TLs.

Yeah, I noticed it isn't off by much on the sh model but I'm using caps from the base so that's probably the biggest difference.
