Which tires for low noise, good comfort on stock 18" wheels?
I am looking for tires. The stock tires that came with the car are at 6/32 so I still have life in them but planning to change them after next winter. Doing some research now.
First of all, the stock tires grip well but the ride is harsh on my 09 TL SH-AWD with 18" wheels and tire size 245/45/18. Not sure how they perform in rain yet. I am not planning to upgrade the suspension or wheels anytime soon. I am quite happy with the car as it is.
I need an all season tire that is sporty and will allow for spirited driving, but at the same time be comfortable, have long wear and handle wet conditions well. and maybe handle a little bit of snow.
Any recommendations?

Ok. I've researched the tire a little more and there seems to be a lot of mixed reviews. Everyone says, it handles wet and snow conditions really well, could be better in dry but the biggest complaint people seem to have on multiple different vehicles is vibration that develops after a few thousand KMs of use. Is that something 4g TL owners experience as well?
