TEIN Street Advance stiffness question

So I have tein street advance coilovers and rims tires that are rubbing. I like the height so I want to leave that where it is. Only the backs will rub, the front is fine. The rubbing doesn't seem like much when it does and if I drive somewhat carefully it wont rub at all but I noticed its not bumps or potholes that make it rub. It actually only rubs when backing out of driveways, the first tire to go onto the road will rub or when turning very sharply and/or quickly or when going over a series of dips that makes the car bounce a bit. That being said im wondering if anyone knows if tightening the suspension would reduce the rubbing. It should be set to 10 in the front and 12 in the back. And it is pretty soft and bouncy at times. Anyone think tighter would really help?
