OEM 20" ZDX wheels

Anyone ever throw these on their 4G? I really like the looks of them and the bolt pattern etc is compatible with the 4G.. Something tells me they weigh a ton though

Any good Photoshop guys out there

The ZDX rims are nowhere near 14lbs --- try +30lbs per rim..

Acura's catalog is way off when it comes to weight. I've always weighed each rim on an actual scale. Never trust the website, or catalog to tell the truth.

The disk and the rim may be weighed separately, as for 2-piece wheels.

It make more sense if the disk itself weighs in at 14 lbs, then the rim itself at another ~16 lbs or so.

I figured that much... Ive never seen a 20" wheel weigh 14lbs.. Even a forged 20" wheel for that matter..

Guess im the only one who has contemplated this one eh

oh no... I loved the looks of them too... just that they're 20x9 with a +45 offset IIRC -- and a very heavy rim at that which would do nothing for the performance end of the car... I went with a 19x9 forged setup which netted me a rim weight of 20lbs... much much lighter than OEM looks killer too.

What is the difference between the Disk and Rim?

In two-piece-wheel construction terminology, the disk is the face (of the wheel) on which lug nuts are screwed, and the rim (of the wheel) is the wide ring on which the tire is mounted.

YEah your setup is so sick... I think im sold on doing a square setup as well. I just have to figure out which wheels.. Its the wifey's car, so im being cautious on how much a drop on a set of shoes... I wanna do 20x9.5 sqaure

Are the oem wheels 2 piece? I always thought they were one.

Yes, the OEM 19" and 20" wheels are all 1-piece cast design.

I'm just using the 2-piece wheel terminology to explain the "Weight (lbs)13.684 DISK" description for the OEM wheel, as printed in the Acura parts catalog.

19 EPZ-AR5 Alloy Wheels on 2012 TL

I am thinking about getting a set of ZDX 19 EPZ-AR5 Alloy Wheels (Part # 08W19-SZN-200) for my 2012 SH-AWD TL. Anybody know if they will fit without any modifications?

wondering if there's an non-chrome aftermarket wheel that's either a replica, or has a very similar design to those 20s... available in 19s?

My friend has a set of those ZDX 20's on his 13' WDP 4G, had them painted gloss black. Although I'm sure he doesn't know what work went into the color change.

Yup, chrome is just a dipping process...just gotta get them "sand blasted" or stripped (easier and faster to "sand blast" with a non abrasive media that is)

As for those wheels on the car above, those are NICE as a stock replacement!
