Measure the bore size of the rim
(back side of rim) measure the diameter of the centre opening, a digital caliper would work best.
That measurement will be the outside diameter (o/d) of the hub ring
And the inside diameter will be 64.1

That'll work perfect, use the top part of it ( the smaller side of the caliper) that's for inside measurements and expand it as close to centered as you can and get your reading that's all.
And that will be the outside diameter that you will need

Did you buy the wheels new or used?

The guys that sold you the should've gave you rings with it. Unless they didn't know it was for a TL. You can use a ruler and get the radius x pi and get a rough estimate but with the hub rings you kinda need a pretty close number because you don't want to do trial and error with hub rings(unless you got a local spot and don't have to order online)

Burning Brakes
If I had to guess I would say they are 73mm because that seems to be the standard size for most universal wheels and those are the specs that popped up with a quick search. You can try to use your guage to see if it is fairly close to 73. I think that would be your best bet. or you could just wait until you get the fancy digital guage.
I want to see the wheels on already!!!!!

Potmilkz, you have to make very accurate measurements.
Some aftermarket wheels have a center bore size of 72.6, and some 73.1.

Why did you buy hub rings ? I thought all RonJon wheels are made for Honda cars, thus the same bore size.

ok i got around measuring it..
here is what i got
then i drew a line on a paper and put a ruler against it..
seems like 2.95 inches to 3 inches.
now by looking at it.. it seems to show its 7.4 cm, in which looks like 74.1mm from my calculations.
can anyone confirm this?

The ones I bought are not cheap china rubbers. They're spigot rings I paid $25 shipped from Finland. $20 shipped they're brand new
