F/R: SPC/Ingalls Camber Kit Setup for a Drop on S-Tech Springs

So... I just dropped my car on Tein S-Techs Friday and went to get an alignment Saturday and this was the printout:

So...

To fix these issues, I was thinking:

Front: SPC http://www.heeltoeauto.com/spc-adjus...roductid=65333

and

Rear: Ingalls http://store.excelerateperformance.c.../i-412291.aspx

Can anyone verify/confirm this setup will fix my camber issues and that these are the correct products?

Thanks!

I'm looking to dropping my car too. It sounds like springs and the camber kit will add up to $600 or so.

Would it be just cheaper to get coilovers? Tein basics or Megan EZ are about $640.

any height adjustment will require camber kit.

unless your just lowering it like 1 inch.. then that shouldnt make a difference.

Pot why do you recommend ingall ball joint over SPC for the front?

just a personal preference.. ingalls to me are better in quality. plus i think they are a 6-8 bucks cheaper depending on where you buy it.

spc is alright.. ive heard that j-power kits come from the exact same manufactuer as spc.

j-power kits are about 180 + shipping for the full 6 piece rear arm. left and right.

I've had the Ingals for about 3 weeks and so far so good, shops like the Ingals because they can be adjusted a little more than the SPC and are easier to mount.

You should see mine lol. Way off on the rear camber. I don't think you need a front kit though. It's good to have a little negative camber for handling from what I read. Also, I was looking at J-Power and heard good and bad things about them such as the bushings would prematurely wear within 2 or 3 years. It will help if you have name brand stuff too if you decide to part out or sell the car down the road. I'm in need of a kit badly though with my drop.

i dont think the j-power kit will necessarly break or anything.. 2-3 years down the line for bushings going bad.. maybe.. but i think it is still worth it.

This. I haven't seen them for $640 shipped. Quick google search prices Basics out at $690 plus shipping and tax brings out to about $755. Add on a F/R camber kit and you'd be pushing $1200 or more roughly unless you could score some sweet deals.

Front or rear or both?

Yeah, I could probably get away with the passenger side. -1.3 degrees is right at the manufacturer's max I believe. I was looking at J-Power as a cost effective means, but my research showed somewhat split reviews. Enough to make it a much harder call than simply price alone would lead me to believe. If some members on here have them and could share their review/experience... I could be swayed...

I haven't read through the links yet (but I will), but I have read other various forums (various car applications, not just TL... mostly for other cars actually since TL isn't modded much by comparison)... and I found the reviews to be split... most (all?) complaining about the bushings as TeamAcura pointed out. Admittedly, a lot of people were "hating" on them as "cheap ebay knockoffs" due to the price without actually having any personal experience with the product themselves. If there was a way to validate they are made by the same manufacturer as PSC, that could add some credibility to the quality of j-power products... oh well.

I don't know, I would love to save some cash, but the reviews seem too sketchy imo.

Also for anyone looking, the Ingalls website for the front ball joints: https://www.ingallseng.com/35592-adj...all-joint.html doesn't say they are compatible with 2010-2013. Probably just haven't updated it I assume?

I've heard, but haven't confirmed that SPC products are made by ebachi? I got my (SPC) rear camber kit for 190 a corner, shipped for free w/ no tax.

I'll do more research before I decide on SPC or ingall ball joints, thanks Pot!
