Difference Between H&R and Tein Springs

Difference Between H&R and Tein Springs
I know that the H&R springs drop the car about 1.3 and the Tein is about a 1 inch drop but which one is harsher and much more reliable. I'd really appreciate it if someone who's installed either part can give me a quick review of which one they've installed.

Best Drop EVER that I've had
I had
H&R Sport Springs - 4G TL - Perfect Drop, not too harsh or bouncy
Tein Basic Coilovers - 3G TL - Adjustable, lower. Bouncy... not too harsh
Tein SS Coilovers - 3G TL-S - Adjustable, lower. Bouncy. kinda harsh
Eibach Sportline - 1G TSX - Too low for springs, Bouncy, Harsh & stiff
