Despirately seeking suspension information/advice

I have been trying to get some help as relates to a suspension upgrade for my 2014 TL SH-AWD. I try to contact Koni-NO PHONE number on their website. Apparently Bilstein does not make shocks/struts for my car. Tried to talk to a guy from tire rack who didn't know if they carried Konis for my car and told me to contact Koni (No phone number). He talked around the issues with woulda, coulda, shoulda and could not tell me if they carried Konis fior my car-(they only list KYB).
Tried to contact tuners who tell me to send an email and they will try to get back to me.
I NEED TO TALK TO A LIVE HUMAN BEING AND DISCUSS MY OPTIONS!!!!!!!

DOES NO ONE ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND TALK TO CUSTOMERS ANY MORE?

Years ago, i OWNED A BMW E28 535i. I installed Bilstein HDs and Eibach springs which tightened up things nicely without giving me a stoneboat ride. I do not track my car, nor do I autocross it. I just want help putting a suspension together which would be firmer.

Any help is most appreciated.

You've got a few options

TEIN (few flavors from them), BC Racing (very good), and KONI! Yes koni does have shocks for our car (sold by Mr. Heeltoe @ heeltoe automotive, mention acurazine for a discount). There's also a few other brands which aren't worth mentioning since they aren't that great. Can't go wrong with the BC or Tein's as far as coilovers go. If you go with the koni's you'd have to get aftermarket springs.

Koni definitely makes shocks for that car, you can find them here: Koni Shock - Sport Series - Excelerate's Honda & Acura Store - Japanese Performance Specialist. A set of H&R springs to go with those and you should notice quite a performance increase.

Tein is also another option. They're affordable, comfortable, and they hold up pretty well! We sell, and install, quite a few sets and we haven't run into any issues. If you were to go the Tein route I'd recommend the Street Advance. For the little bit of extra money you spend over the Basis you'll be able to adjust dampening, which can be pretty handy when you're trying to dial in a setup.

If you wanted to talk to someone about it you could give us a call! The number is (203) 483-6100 and we're here Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm!

Good luck & happy modding!

As best we posters can tell in earlier posts, the non-AWD shocks do fit AWD.
I don't' know if that helps in expanding your search.

The only difference in the hardware I know of is the front upper rod mount bushings on AWD are different (but interchangeable) from non-AWD.
