Best Offset for my setup

Ok...I still in need to see what offset I will need for my setup. I have a 14' TL SH-AWD.

- I have decided to purchase the Tein Street Advance Damper. I will be looking to lower unless I am unable based on the wheels I get. I will be willing to roll the fender if I have to.

- The wheel and tire set I plan to purchase: 20X10, 5X120, +30 offset. Toyo Proxes 4, 255/35/20. I prefer a more meaty tire (not too thin and not stretched) .

Am I making the right move with the offset I chose?? What is best higher or lower offset? what makes the difference in the ride? I dont know much about offsets and the difference it will make in the ride.

if you want to learn, take a look at this offset calculator.
http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator

you can input the stock wheels then your aftermarket wheel specs.
it will compare the two and show you how much wider or narrower your new proposed wheel is.

that's the best way to learn offset.

I think I have the stock specs right...
but, as you can see....

your new rim will be pushed out 50mm MORE!
take a ruler to your current set up, and add 50mm!

That's a pretty aggressive setup. After lowering your car, you definitely need to roll your fenders. Bumper tab and wheel liner trimming is optional depending on your drop. You would also need to camber out your wheels a bit too.

I have 20x10 +35 with 245/35 rubber. Your setup would be sticking out 5mm more and meatier tires, so you'll get an idea.
